The classic Two Evil Eyes directed by George Romero and Dario Argento is getting a Blu Ray release in the UK by 88 Films in September.
The double feature horror has two terrifying stories each with its own unique style and pace and state of the art splatter effects from Tom Savini.
First an adaptation of Edgar Allan Poe’s “The Facts in the Case of M. Valdemar”, stars Adrienne Barbeau as a scheming widow seeking to exploit the estate of her terminally ill husband. Little does she know, however, that her husband has other undead plans of his own!
For Dario Argento’s Poe adaptation “The Black Cat”, Harvey Keitel stars as an eccentric photographer obsessed with death and after photographing a particularly gruelling murder things take a chilling turn for the worse.
