Studio Canal in the UK has announced the release of the cult TV series The New Avengers onto 4K UHD and Blu Ray.
Fully restored in 4K and available in a newly restored 10-disc set, the complete series (1 & 2) is the sequel to the iconic 1960s TV series The Avengers, created by Brian Clemens and Albert Fennell. New to UHD and Blu-ray this witty, stylish and action-packed show full of espionage, top car chases and sci-fi thrills, THE NEW AVENGERS introduces the charismatic trio: Steed (Patrick Macnee), Purdey (Joanna Lumley) and Gambit (Gareth Hunt), as the dynamic new spy team.
